    exactly right sb2000, you sound like an employer.

    eagle & dave, you certainly don't.

    no employer in their right mind would let go a good staff member without good reason, but the employer has to have the power to do so.

    the employee's job security lies in their performance, if they perform they needn't fear & they'll never need a union.
