And what do we shareholders do? Nothing but whinging again and again on HC. Is there anything we can do? These senior executives should be paid by performance and the salary must reflect this. These "leaches" must take account on work performance or they should be on job seeker. Remember what the old words say, "There is no such thing as free lunch" and these "leaches" are having it everyday for a number of years. We need to take them to court for breaching employment contract. Good money should attract good people.
Else sell it to FMG/RIO/BHP at a cheap price and sack the lot.
