Why bid for the whole thing, go through an expensive and time consuming process and have to pay a premium? Much cheaper just to buy the assets they are selling ie Murtabe and GOlden Grove when they are in this situation, ie on the ropes - if you really want PH you can turn around later and bid for them when the company is a lot smaller and easier to takeover. I expect you will see the asset sales announced in the next few weeks and they get going again with PH.Just my opinion but I cant see the logic in a bid for the whole company.

Where the share price goes after this will be interesting but I expect it will be a lot higher then where it is now.. When of the most interesting situations in the market.. They completely lost track of their financial position, a real shocker .
