I'll have a guess for you. 15mcf/day = 75-85c 20mcf $1.00 - 1.20 . This is based on the coy continuing to trade . There would be a premium if they are in sell mode. This is based on the premise that revenue from increase flows flow directly to the bottom line as production costs are pretty fixed.
I would use the analogy of standing front of bank vault with respect to marion. The vault may have a fortune in it but unless you have the key it is worthless to you. But the minute you have the key you have a fortune. The flow rates would be like having the key - Marion is worth very little at the moment but the minute you have the key it instantly unlocks the value.
