Completely new board (For the record I was critical of the previous board for not doing enough) , fully funded would have given the market confidence in investing in the Co. At 10c they were cheap given the technology plus with all the MOUs signed in the last few years possibly turning into contracts and with the 500 metre Greenhouse at Murdoch now under construction then you can see a fully funded Co with a MC of approx $14 mill back then was always going to rerate. The deal with the Jinmoa Group out of China presents a very large opportunity for the Co given Jinmoa's backers as well as the partnership agreement with Insulsteel is actually very decent. Has the Co turned the corner, yes I think they have.
