I have a 1 ton excavator I use around my yard, based on their efforts so far, I might go for contract with LNY, I can cut a deal with Biz, hire it out at extra high prices and they could park it in the boardroom with a pile of dirt to move around on the odd bucket of dirt and pan it! It will even fit in the lift so I can save them money there might cause a bit of damage in widening the door ways. Because there is no return to shareholders IMO outside the players group receiving their fees and interest.
Trouble is I believe in the asset and have faith in Mr Hall!
I do not trust the board they have had too many opportunities to correct their operational history.
I also have issues with the lack of arms length transactions but hey if they will pay me over the top for the excavator then I would be firmly feeding on the little share holders too!
I blame nobody who sells out of this!

Who just writes off 1.8mil without a care those that don't care!
