Does anyone know the meaning of 'project revenue' that the acquired Wirecard business earnt last year? I'm guessing its a one-off, and not forecasted to continue into this FY?

If you strip out the project revenue, and focus on Recurring Revenue ($6.7m USD last FY), then Post Acquisition, the recurring revenue received from existing Wirecard clients will still not be enough to cover 'Employee benefits expenses', 'Professional services and insurance' and 'Consulting Fees' (all related to paying staff).

I wonder if CCA will need to strip back the number of staff they have, because $7.5m USD in annual staff-related payments is a lot of money (equivalent to around 90-95 staff @ average of $80k USD/yr total package).

They are also proposing to increase their marketing costs (which they said was lacking previously), so I'd be assuming they may be EBITDA negative at least for the time being until they onboard probably 10-20 new customers (depending on customer size).
