Yes, you posted you sold at the top yesterday of $5.70 so you could buy back in ....
..... just as an FYI there were very few shares sold at $5.70 yesterday ... I think less than 1,500 so that seems to be a far cry from your 100K you plan on buying at close ?
Not sure why someone wanting to buy in $500K (100K shares) at close would run the risk of not owning any shares last night when the FDA decision could have come through last night, but each to their own I guess ?
I would also add that you do know a TH on MSB could hit anytime between now and close before you get that opportunity ?
We all have out strategies I guess ?
