superk, sorry, but I don't remember posting about "user". the email from comsec was just as I pasted in the previous message.
When I had trouble logging in I phoned them and they were very helpful.
I don't minimise the windows, I move them round the page (curser on the top bar of the window) and enlarge and overlap them - it's very quick to jump from one window to the other that way and you can have the important bits peeking out at the edges.
