The way I would interpret the current weighting is that finance with the originally planned institution has failed, and that LYC management put the company into suspension while sounding out other finance options...
This suspension while sounding out other finance would be in the best interests of the company and as we all know on here, the grade and quantity of their rare earths at Mt Weld are second to none.
Hopefully, they will come out and announce that funding has been confirmed albeit it seems certain that it probably wasn't with managements first choice company...
