In the December 2015 Annual report the chairman of Strategic made the following comment and I quote:

"Strategic is also undertaking a series of internal scoping studies across a range of disciplines including environmental, infrastructure and mining in order to assess the opportunities and challenges it faces as it prudently evaluates a mine development scenario. Most shareholders would be acutely aware of how difficult the economic climate remains for junior exploration companies albeit with some very positive movements in the gold prices"

This is certainly something you would think we should be privy to in light of the circumstances.
