Here is why I think the oppies are so cheap
1. Lots of people got them real cheap. Like free even. For them its good no matter what price they sell.
2. Can't convert till Nov. So no easy arbitage.
3. Not as liquid as the heads so traders are less interested.
4. Not many people understand them and are reluctant to buy them.
5. Because you can' t convert till Nov, oppies are longer term. At any moment and for any reason the share may head rapidly south and you will lose a disproportionately large amount.
