This has got to be the weirdest announcement ever and makes absolutely no sense. There’s obviously something else at play here, perhaps a back door deal.
Why on earth would it take 11 years to explore this 1 square km site (1 + 5 + 5)? I could probably dig it up faster with a toothpick.
When your back is to the wall, wouldn’t you fix the crap in your own backyard first? Something is not right.
