I wonder if this is the damages component only not the preference component.
If so it could be 60 cents in the dollar based on March 27th ..then to deal with the Finklestein ruling they could pay out first based on liquidation date then second based on March 27th.
The damages payment component could then be used to compensate clients to about 60 cents based on March 27th.
