I think I'd need an in-ground pool and a powerful fire pump to live there.
Which raises another issue, but don't take this the wrong way (we all have to live somewhere): Are these people after "lifestyle" or "treechange"? They look too close together to be other than hobby farming and Kingslake looks a bit far to commute to Melbourne.
I stress I am not being judgemental. I reckon those areas could be good for retirees wanting to do a little gardening, after a quiet lifestyle.
