a look at the latest top 20

Here's a bit of a breakdown on the new top 20 as at 31 Dec 08 (compared to Oct 08)...will only deal with the first 10 places, as that is where most of the action has been...figures rounded.

1. HSBC NOMS (A/c 2) 148.486m (+48.2m) move 4 up to 1.
2. HSBC NOMS 107.656m (+7.345m) move 3 up to 2.
3. J P MORGAN NOMS 102.063m (+0.266m) move 2 down to 3.
4. ANZ NOMS 79.186m (-70.311m) move 1 down to 4.
5. ESCOT FINANCE 36.5m (+11.5m) move 8 up to 5.
6. NEFCO NOMS 27.493m (+0.420m) move 7 up to 6.
7. CITICORP NOMS 23.719m (+1.137m) move 9 up to 7.
8. LAURA 22.527m unchanged move 10 up to 8.
9. HSBC NOMS GSCO ECA 22.271m (-18.525m) move 6 down to 9.
10. NATIONAL NOMS 21.778m (-37.6m) move 5 down to 10

The bottom 10 have some minor adjustments with the main two being HSBC NOMS (A/c 3) which had 7.823m and has now disappeared altogether, and a new face WD GOODFELLOW appears at # 12 with 8m.

The top 20 holding has dropped from 67.7% to 62.27% (down 5.43%) on an issue of 1,050,814,774.

It would seem from these figures that NCI were/are not the only sellers...and we surely can see someone/s is still "at it"!

Some RI reconnection or JVP signing news would be good to absorb some of this selling!
