The panels for warehouses are currently built to the height of the ceiling as with the current technologies/equipment available, it's the most time-effective & thus cost-effective solution available. If the Hadrian (iteration tbc) can use pre-cast 1000mmx500mm (or larger/smaller) to build said structures, it will reduce costs for the pre-cast supplier (time saving) & thus reduce the costs for the builder/developer. As you said in a previous post, builders will use whatever the cheapest methods are to get the job done.

Now you're back on the face-brick point... I said in a previous post that market is not what FBR is interested in so you can stop referring to it.

Actually, I do know most of the 'different materials and methods' builders are offered... Working as a Project manager, specifically on the Yarrabilba & Springfield Lakes communities, I did in fact encounter these methods that were pitched for the tenders. I have also been a sales rep for one of the Concrete masonry suppliers so to do my job effectively, I had to be aware of most of the current offerings within the market.

It's also worth noting that I don't think you've ever laid a block, brick, sleeper or panel in your life. There's a reason why there is a significant shortage of these trades/laborers as given the nature of the work, no one wants to do it.

    Keep trying though.
