That announcement is fluff and in no way clarifies whether the "offtake negotiation period" extends to before or after the 30 Sep. Given that vacuum, they have no choice but to update the market on the status of the Qld Gov support. That support is a highly 'material' matter and requires an announcement under the ASX listing rules.
