Long lead time . Oct 7 before trading might resume. Looks like something big, with final meetings etc over the weekend. The hospital ann the other mentioned up to 1,000 hospitals on the horizon just for the It. Govt. Maybe something else along those lines , maybe interest from the US or China. The European option is also very possible but I would imagine most German /European countries have Execs fully conversant in English
