Who knows. I just find it overall really unprofessional that this wasn't ready to go today. Who's fault that is whether MSB or FDA is unknown but speaking from a strictly logical POV it should all have been ready to go today.
FDA knew their own set deadline was Sep 30th so they should have already had their clear cut information ready to hand to MSB. MSB then should recieve that information and release it TODAY.
The fact that appears not to be occuring makes me think its a bunch of numpties who can stick to genuinely mission critical deadlines or promises. Whether thats the FDA's fault or MSB's I don't know. But having a deadline of Sep 30 is supposed to mean Sep 30......not October 5.
