You probably didn't listen to the ODAC meeting and the number of questions involved.
It was a LOT of information to sift through.
Stem cells is still at a very early stage. This will be a groundbreaking decision in medicine with a lot of research behind it. You can't compare MSB with just any other biotech in existence like ETON with wealth of approvals already.
