I have no doubt there is shorting going on, but I have also noticed a pattern of daily trading, which I’m sure is caused by institutions manipulating the stock price. The share price is allowed to open high, and drift upwards. Then the manipulators sell their shares at the day’s high, and using their bots they then force the price down - just look at all the single digit trades that go through during the day. Towards the end of the day, they then buy back their shares at a much lower price than they sold them for. Rinse and repeat every day - it doesn’t matter whether the share price is an upward or downward trend, they still make money.
As a long term holder, I find this incredibly frustrating, but have no intention of selling out, as I believe the Company is fundamentally undervalued, and has a huge potential for growth.
