More like:
It has absorbed $10M worth of new stock issued (and never got close to the CR price) in the last 1-2 weeks.
It's up ~200% in the last ~3 weeks.
Market likely not waiting on news that it already knows, to react (ie. going from 1 to 3 rigs and when - already been announced a few times).
See how the market reacts to hole 10 results (and the lead up to it), which is what it's all about now/next catalyst.
