Hi All

Had feedback from another tireless helper who says Ferrier Hodgson advised the shareholder case could stand up and Ferriers are sending an email to all shareholders on their email list today. (Since advised will be tomorrow)

If you haven't emailed them - probably pay to email the person noted on the form for electronic commuications

and ask to be put on relevant email list

Am also advised that Stuart Wilson from Shareholders Association will be on the phone hook up for creditors meeting tomorrow.

Am sure I said already but Stuart has been breifed in detail.

A complaint has also been lodged with ASIC. An ASIC lawyer phoned this morning to get me to resend document coz it got damaged/corrupted somehow - at least it means they are looking at it.

No word from IMF yet and don't expect to hear for a week or two to be honest - a fair bit for them to look at
