    Just need finance HBSWRX. Banks are harsh with their terms these days.
    Borrow at reasonable terms is ideal but what bank in the world today is selling that product?
    Cap raising keeps those with the companies best interests involved. And yes... it will be for prof & soph investors only (as is the norm).
    Borrow or raise cap, just get it out the ground.
