yes, more of the same old same old. the main argument is over how much the board is paid which is sounding like a broken record already. why didnt they just put forward a motion for a pay decrease rather than a motion to replace the board which will never happen!
it sounds like desperate measures from the baldwin clan at the moment with no new information coming out... clutching at straws. only 'dozens of share holders ringing in?' and only ex share holders getting a mention...reply paid envelopes.. repeated letters to shareholders...
not looking good.. what do you reakon?
