Probably off-topic... but I think over on the Telstra NBN customer share, Telstra's share of the market is dropping while ABB has more than doubled it's share in 2 Years (from a small base admittedly).
Just telling you guys what I'm seeing on the ground. You can ignore it, stick your head in the sand and say Telstra are doing a great job... but they literally aren't and are losing bulk customers because of it.
They've ended POP3 business email hosting recently(which was terrible and run by Melbourne I.T/ARQ anyway), their Telstra Office 365 is just resold Microsoft 365 at a more expensive price(I move all their customers to MS service to save money), Landline phone business is dead and so there is no real reason to stay with them for any service other than mobile.
BTW, with the NBN now being a Government run wholesaler any benefit someone used to have being on Telstra back in the good ADSL days is long gone. Most landline phones are being switched off at homes, Telstra are more expensive than it's competitors and their terrible service is the absolute cherry on top. It took about 3 business days for one of my customers to have an NBN appointment for Fixed Wireless to be installed and then connected to ABB. Telstra would have taken weeks to organise the same thing.. it's a joke.
Just like ARQ, you screw the customers and they will leave.
