This would have been the first opportunity for Mr Dix to offload. He would have had insider knowledge about the assay process that would have been silly to sell beforehand. There is an opportunity between the assays of the other holes and now that he could sell within and not be done for insider trading.
Being a non-exec, this would be one of his first paydays. Worth a 150k or so.
