HI Cooper, th for a capital raise makes sense. It would also account for the trading pattern. The stock went up quite a bit on insider knowledge of fda approval and then sold off a bit when market found out about a capital raise...Probably get done at 5 dollar range. We do need some big bucks for manufacturing
