    I emailed the Chairman and asked a few questions.

    The money raised in addition to the $200k will be used for working capital and basically keeping the company afloat.

    They didn't issue the full 15% of shares allowable each year so they might raise a bit more later if the price is right.

    He couldn't give me any further information on how Grasim is traveling or on ho New Forest is progressing.
