You are missing one major point here. If JK and the team had not done such a brilliant job of building this company the shares may have been woth $1m (for example) and JK's shares would only be worth $450k. You should be thankful as a shareholder that he has created a valuable business with the tech. His shareholding is completely aligned with ours and we make money when he does. I dont think you should begrudge the value of his holding.
