I can't see PVDM as inventor of Akida and one of the majority shareholders accepting a takeover too quickly and for too low a price.
I know everyone has their price, but PVDM is passionate about his creation and if any takeover were to happen after commercialisation (although I very much doubt it), he will have to be part of the plans of the new owners.
Peter has not put one cent into BRN since it listed in 2015. He sold his previous company VCIS for USD20million
Lou's background is venture capitalism aka pumping up companies and selling them
