This news is floating out there at the moment without many realising...

Particularly interesting:

1. That report shall summarize any conclusions from this investigation and recommend executive action, which may include the imposition of tariffs or quotas, other import restrictions against China and other non-market foreign adversaries whose economic practices threaten to undermine the health, growth, and resiliency of the United States, or other appropriate action, consistent with applicable law. (this will likely cause tit-for-tat between China and U.S.)

2. prioritize the expansion and protection of the domestic supply chain for minerals and the establishment of secure critical minerals supply chains (speed up our operation in Texas)

3. reduce the vulnerability of the United States to the disruption of critical mineral supply chains through cooperation and coordination with partners and allies (work closer with Australia and Lynas)

4. build resilient critical mineral supply chains, including through initiatives to help allies build reliable critical mineral supply chains within their own territories

There are many important things covered but the above stood out to me. Great progress.
