That August 2009 is an interesting spot for a high.
At the moment, Armstrong's cycle, the decennial and presidential cycles should all be pulling up and more or less since Easter last year.
They have been overpowered by the 62 month cycle which topped in May last year and is down into July 2013.
Come April 2009 Armstrong turns down hard (it can be other than equities less commonly), and in Aug 2009 the presidential cycle turns down and finally about Nov 2009 the decennial cycle turns down.
That leaves nothing holding things up IMO.
So come August there will be just one upward influence, but usually one influence is not enough to do the job especially when the 40 year cycle is rolling over.
