The VIMSON timing/announcement was appauling Ando. The single biggest dump in TNG history and we are only now testing the resistance that was then the support.
Ironically VIMSON may well be part of the real future of TNG.
Why did they botch the announcements and and publicity so badly.
It defies logic.
