BNB will make an announcement that a "Trigger Event" has occurred. Once they have made that announcement, you have 15 business days to send a letter to BNB requesting "Repayment" of your money. You need to accompany this letter with proof of title over the subordinate notes (maybe attach a CHESS Holding Statement for good measure). I believe that if you do not provide proof of title over the notes, then BNB can disregard your exit notice, so make sure you do this properly.
