Wirecard Australasian assets, which include the card services software, Cadencie; mobile payments platform, Simfonie; and, anti-money laundering software, FINsim. All or some services are used by some big names in Australia, Philippines and rest of Asia.

Repeating my points in prior post, this opportunity had fast tracked at least three years of development and time, money investment. As a notable observation, ME bank and others have joined Cadencie platform back in 2011 and then after have uplifted their internal platforms along with Cadencie in 2019 to achieve greater operational efficiency.

Another important point is, Simfonie was designed to issue VISA prepaid card, guess who is Mastercard approved processor, any guesses .... CCA off course. This is just a completed end to end offering for any financial institute.

So far CCA has back office card issuing platform only, now they have front end solution as well. So if I am a small bank, retailer or credit union, I have one stop shop now.

Even if we ignore all above, these assets along will be game changer for CCA. Think about possibilities guys.

Strong buy signal continues for me.
