With the market already 3%+ over BG International bid at $6.40 I think it is clear market is thinking AOE will come back with a higher bid.
Where then does that leave BG International, do they have up their beyond $6.40, one must think if AOE come back BG Int are just not going roll over and say:
"OOhhh OK Arrow you can have PES"
