    Spoke to Carl regarding the amount....it was simply a target number for the announcement, nothing more....I think if 1M turns up, they'll accept it....the benefit of an SPP is the cost of doing it, basically nothing, however I wouldn't rule out a placement but I think Carl would want a good broking/advisory firm behind it
