No biggie, but I wouldnt hold my breath only for the fact that there are several possible paths for LYC over the 4 weeks (MINIMUM) as it (and the shareholders) sort its new position out (even position can be viewd in a number of ways).

This stuff comes to mind immediately:

Alternate funding (for certain or is it "subject to") active dialogue.
I would be looking at how they will reduce costs to prudently preserve or manage cash.
Perhaps they will sell out of the project?
The Company’s cash balance at 31 January 2009 was A$55,000,000,.......How much will be for legals? How soon should it be expected to wait for an outcome? Will there be further complications therefore with potentially selling out of the project and resource?
Companies in this situation (a fair amount of cash) can take tangents easily - will it buy and/ adopt a new business model, potentially a new resource?
    - "The Company continues to be confident about the future of the Mount Weld Rare Earths project, and, if the project is suspended, the Company intends to restart the project once an appropriate capital structure is in place".

They will position themselves completely differently from now while retaining some longer term assets/projects. But there is a long way to go and i dont see it settling down unless its shareprice just stops dead in interim at some point.
Others will see more than I do though, just my immediate thoughts on its structure.
