i actually think a CRL is good (long term) it will provide MSB a detailed review of what FDA expects from Rynocil along with the expectations of all other products in the pipeline.
The CRL, as stated, is issued when the product will not be approved in its current form.
It would be safe to assume that the FDA would discuss why, and what is required for it to be approved if a CRL is issued and that is when ill be purchasing another parcel
