The market is starting to wake up to the fact that the CAPEX stated at 107 million contains approximately 39 million of capitalised opex. A simple forward sale contract to cover that initial period will reduce that and result in MAK only raising 60-70 million dollars for the CAPEX. That forward contract is equivalent to 10% of the reduced output of the first year. 1MT will yield 400million AUD at todays depressed prices.
This is going to move quicker than people imagine.
