All the posters saying AUL ‘walked away’ can’t even read? AUL board were excited for it and shareholders voted against it. Sleight of hand there with the language you are using. KAU is in a good financial and strategic position for this, probably more suitable than AUL. Don’t make it sound like it was a crap deal they ‘walked away’ from.
