Why?
They must halt to release price sensitive info, and that is definitely price sensitive ?
Its up to the company to decide when to release the info, and in the case of the info coming from a 3rd party like the FDA, the
company is not simply a messenger hitting the forward button.As a share holder i need to know what the company intends to do about the 3rd party information. If that takes a few days, it takes a few days. Clearly they would need to formulate and then articulate a plan that addresses the issues if there are any.
