CC of IGR is sharp...look at how he is currently testing the market for the $60m or so he needs to ramp up production.

He's got a plan and he's working the plan. Part of that plan includes massaging and schmoozing the money men. He's testing the waters (see recent newspaper articles which are by co-incidence, NOT) to see what's possible and I'm sure he's counting heads and wallets as well!

Nothing wrong with that and it's been happening since AHAB hosted a date party at his oasis and amused the travellers with the dance of the seven veils!

I think AHAB and CC have worked out that part of the prcoess is to present your "product" in its very best light!
