What's wrong with a win-win deal? that's the best outcome on any deal
Pretend it's a huge success for LRS? mate, if you think that's not a huge success for LRS then you need some tighten some loose screws
You assume Integra is like Lind? go check who Integra is then comment all you like. Integra is not anything like Lind.
