Basically it's like this:

Either the BNBG holders do nothing in which case:

The management will sell the business down and pay off the bankers leaving nothing to noteholders or

The BNBG holders send BNB into admin in which case:

The administrators will sell the business down and pay off the bankers leaving nothing to noteholders.
