Haven't followed SGP - but am entrenched deep into GPT.... Im getting the feeling that the whole REIT sector is a 3 ring circus right now run by clowns... or worse.. liars, imps, pimps and banjo players.
Migh be time to look into SGP - I wonder how they will report tomorrow - not so much the accounts as much as the smoke and mirrors.... thoughts?
Im out of capital for this sector, so any movement would be sideways from GPT->SGP.
Incidentally, other than guilt by association, I have no information to impact my current NTA valuations of GPT, which are at around $1.07 odd per share...(factors in 20%-30% asset devaluation across the board).
