I participated in the SPP and happy with the end result ,I agree the whole process was confusing to start with and simple direct CR would have been much more acceptable to the NZS Investors.
I can see the NZS Management logic behind doing the CR this way they wanted less dilution , They had anticipated a string of exciting announcements in lead up to SPP but as Aldo mentioned in yesterday Investor Seminar things got delayed due to Covid related issues at potential customers end.

Now with CR behind us , The string of announcements which were expected in September should be announced to market in coming weeks , October for sure is going to exciting .... IMO current SP represent a great buying opportunity for long term investors Give it 6 months NZS would be at different level
