Am I correct to think their is actually a difference between OIL and LNG? To be honest I am neutral (or even negative) on oil (like I became negative on coal 3 or 4 years ago). But I see LNG as a great and useful product for the foreseeable future.

now the contra to my thinking is well contained here

    https://climaterealityproject.org/blog/3-big-myths-about-natural-gas-and-our-climate

and it is darn well true (as long as COST is of no concern); so I revert to an earlier comment: are greenies willing to pay the cost - right now - for a 100% renewable energy supply; I suppose they are willing, since they consider the government should put as much money into their pockets as they need to live - without the effort of contributing labour or skill to the economy

in fact, when you think about it, the greenie, leftie, green-new-deal world is easy - the govt does EVERYTHING the greenies, lefties want by the govt printing unlimited money and having somebody do the work (not the greenies or lefties)

however, if greenie, leftie does indeed take over the world, they can certainly BAN something as evil as LNG; a 50% reduction in CO2 is not good enough for them... and, of course, we need to cull all the farting cows; how does one placate or reason with a greenie or leftie - why do they even go in a car; or fly in an airplane; surely their morals will preclude them from using any of this dirty fuel

goodness me, I got a little off topic and I touched a nerve (in me); non thinkers and non doers always annoy me
